We cordially invite you to join us, Newsha Djavadipour-Sigari and Tamiko Braun, for our Vernissage »Unfolding« and open studio as part of the 11th OBACHT! Kultur-im-quartier event.
As part of one of the first cultural highlights in Munich taking place again after lockdown, we finally have the chance to showcase our latest works in-person!
Private invitations will be sent for meet the artist and special viewing (*). We will hold our event with musical accompaniment by Hadi Alizadeh. His musical ideas are based on unusual, fascinating rhythms of the Persian classical drum (Tonbak) & Kurdish frame drum (Daf).

Since 2005, Haidhausen has been home to the bi-annual OBACHT! event, where studios, workshops and exhibition rooms open their doors to art lovers and aspiring artists alike. This amazing event is funded by the city of Munich, district committee and cultural department.
NOTE: It is unfortunate that we cannot offer the opening of OBACHT!, performances or musical presentations in the present format, which includes usual group exhibition in the youth church that had to be canceled this year due to the current covid hygiene requirements. Nevertheless, there will be a series of concerts, readings and hands-on workshops at "Kultur im Quartier" taking place in the individual studios and holding their Vernissages.
